Best Companies (ABC) reaches an Alexa ranking under 79,000 this last week of
October. More and more people are taking notice of ABC’s efforts to support
small businesses and provide the tools for small business owners to compete and
grow in today’s market. The talented and dedicated staff at ABC works hard to
increase website traffic and awareness of the company. The progress in the Alexa
ranking demonstrates the successful response from the YouTube viral videos and
social networking campaigns.
There are a number of ways to track the status of a
company’s brand awareness. In the internet community, the Alexa ranking database
reports and compares the traffic of unique visitors checking out all the
different websites. A lower number on the Alexa scale represents the popularity
of the site. For instance, ranking at the 100,000 level shows the elite
companies where those at the 1,000 mark usually represents the fortune 500
companies. ABC climbs out of the trenches from ranking one millionth in January
2007 to currently reaching a rank below 79,000. This is an exciting time for
ABC as the company continually reaches new heights.
